Jane eats Desserts!
My this week’s recommendation is nice, sweet but most importantly delicious desserts. When i was in Hong Kong last january, the people there thinks that having dessert after a meal it is a healthy choice. Supposedly to feel the sense of wholeness, i think. Thats why there are awesome desserts stores in HK. Whether it is hot and cold, i guarantee you that there will be one type that you love.
My favourite dessert is mango pudding. I don’t really like dessert that are hot in nature such as green bean soup or "cheng teng" kind. If i am in a dessert shop, i will definately go for the ones that are in the cold dessert section. Ok… don’t be lor sor… My this week’s recommendation - Ah Chew Desserts… No no, thats not me sneezing (Ok, its lame joke) Let’s look at the pic shall me?
Look at that!! Real mango bits with sago… indeed a delight. The other one is the egg custard which is famous at this shop. This shop only sells desserts so that are focus in preparing the best. Best thing about this shop is that it closes till late whether it is the weekday or weekend. The price is reasonable because it is good stuff. They have a wide range of hot desserts too so for those of you who prefer the hot ones, will like this place. The only disadvantage that because of its popularity, it is often crowded and might need a while to park or wait for seats. So if you are hungry and want to eat something light late at night, this is a good place to go to.
So here is where you find this shop.

*Hopefully i don’t have to fight for a seat with you when i see you there.
If you hadn’t really know, this weekend is mother’s day so for the love of God, do something nice for your mum. Buy her something pretty if you have the money if not, just for once this year to be good and clean your room or something. Have a good weekend everyone!
